 Jill Harding has served our long-term care industry for over two decades in various roles throughout skilled nursing facilities. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2011 and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2014 having served in both For-Profit and County Owned Medical Care Facility. 

Jill’s passion to support and advocate for our industry and healthcare professionals strongly grew throughout our COVID-19 pandemic. This became her driving force to promote more positive change and to make a larger impact serving those in need.

As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC), she serves her passion from both sides of our industry from a regulatory and healthcare legal perspective. Providing support to Attorneys and Insurance Companies to help bring clarity that strengthens decisions. While providing the best defense outcomes for medical malpractice and insurance defense cases. 

By utilizing decades of firsthand clinical, administrative and regulatory experience leverages the ability to see all facets of the inner workings of our industry. This brings additional value that allows you the time that you deserve to focus on the legal perspectives of your cases.

In addition to her CLNC services, Jill continues to support our long-term care community as an Independent Contractor with Lebenbom & Rothman Consulting as a Healthcare Consultant & Educator. As well as HealthCap Risk Management Services as a Risk Management/ Loss Control Consultant. Providing support and education to homes in areas of operations, regulatory compliance and risk management services.
